Steven Unzicker, Founder & Managing Director
Steve has worked with leading asset management firms for more than
two decades, designing strategic plans, advising on transactions, managing
post-merger integrations, re-engineering key processes, optimizing
product lines, and creating compensation plans.
As a consultant, Steve was often struck by the shortage of quality data
or thoughtful analysis available to industry executives. ANZU was founded to
fill this gap. By combining his experience with industry surveys with his experience as an advisor to senior industry executives, Steve aimed to raise the standard
of business intelligence within the investment management industry.

His insights have been shared in a variety of forums, including
various Institutional Investor Institutes, the Investment Company Institute,
the National Investment Company Service Association, the Investment Adviser Association, the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry, and others.
Steve's passion for strategy and analysis comes from his education
at the University of Chicago and London Business School. He is
currently exploring the intersection of virtual reality and finance.
